[L10n-KompoZer] kompozer translation for zh_TW

Hi list,

I'm a translator of traditional Chinese, now running a translation platform 
for zh_TW.  We'd like to take charge of kompozer's translation for zh_TW.

I contacted with our mozilla team and got their permission to do this task.  
They told me that they committed a language pack converting from zh_CN.

Now I have a (newbie) questions.  I could not find the newest l10n files 
(dtd/properties).  I checked out l10n from Mercurial, but it seemed to be for 
v0.7 (I'm not sure though).  Could you please tell me where to get the newest 
l10n files so that we can try to catch your release of v0.8?
