Hi Frank,

Welcome, it's good news!
The Mercurial repository for zh-TW contains at the moment only the 
toolkit files from the Mozilla repository (gecko 1.8.1) that will be 
used in KompoZer 0.8 and the files from Kompozer 0.7.
Recently, jen from pihu.com.tw sent us an automatic translation from the 
zh-CN langpack. I asked Bob Chao from moztw.org to make a rapid review 
of it and it said that this was not correct as some sentences are hard 
to understand.
Here's attached this langpack.
You have some indications on http://kompozer.sourceforge.net/l10n/ . Let 
me know if you want some more help or indications.
