[L10n-KompoZer] Data loss in Narro

Hi,

Apparently, a bug in Narro when deleting one locale makes it delete all 
of them!
I had to reimport the backup from the database. Unfortunately, the last 
valid backup was dated from the 24th May.
As a result, some newly created accounts have to be re-created (ping me 
to get the appropriate rights). Also, I have to reimport the files for 
the  Swedish locale.
There were no data loss in the Mercurial repository.
I'm really sorry for this mess.
Be sure I will from now on make a backup before any mass operation in 
Narro and ensure that we get a valid backup every day.
