[L10n-KompoZer] es-ES Linux binary surprise

Hi,

Pascal has unveiled that FrenchMozilla hosts an es-ES Linux binary
(http://www.frenchmozilla.fr/FTP/test/). Merci, Cédric. :-) One
question: is there any problem if I copy it to our es-ES hosting, or
are you interested in having a record of downloads?

Also, I could easily provide a Win32 installer, too, even though we
are still at beta. Any problem with it?
