[L10n-KompoZer] Localized binaries are ready

[L10n KompoZer]

Hi,

I'm glad to announce that all the up-to-date locales have now their 
localized binaries ready and uploaded.
These locales are : ca, da, de, es-ES, fr, it, pl and zh-TW.

I noticed for some locales under Mac OS X that the preferences window is 
too narrow. This can be fixed for the next beta release.

The binaries are available on Sourceforge.net at the following URL:
http://sourceforge.net/projects/kompozer/files/

Under the sections: Current/0.8b1/<platform>

Please, we would love you to link your localized binaries in your local 
community portal or support site directly on Sourceforge.net so that we 
can gather reliable download figures for each locale. Thanks in advance!

For those who want to, it would be great if you could localize a very 
short landing page for kompozer.net in your language.

Note : the dictionary must be a MySpell dictionary (as it is Gecko 
1.8.1). If you don't have a dictionary available for your language, just 
delete the dictionary line.
